Lessons I've Learned in 3 Years of Blogging

It's exactly 3 years since my first ever (and long since converted to draft...) blog post! When I started this blog I spent a loooong time fumbling around trying to find my way and little did I think I'd be where I am now in terms of readership and the quality of my posts in comparison with my early days.
